Finally, there is also room to help restore the healer. Life Choices offers therapy for therapists.
Cognitive behavioral, emotion-focused, trauma-informed, EMDR and anxiety geared therapies are generally employed. The ultimate aim of treatment is self understanding that allows acceptance and greater perspective. From this, areas of change can be more clearly identified and relationships can be healthier. For those that request it, spiritual and/or biblical doctrine can be incorporated into the treatment process.

Our Licensed Psychologists are trained to provide evaluation and assessment services, whether required by a third party (i.e., employer, licensing board, state agency) or as needed for treatment clarification. Bariatric Surgery Evaluation. Bariatric surgery is a life-altering event. Many patients share common reactions and paths after having the surgery. However, every patient must be treated as an individual. Because of this, an individualized assessment helps to determine unique challenges that might be faced, as the role of food changes in their lives. Life Choices offers this prerequisite evaluation as well as ongoing counseling to support long-term success. As part of medical necessity, insurance carriers generally cover the costs (with prior approval).

Private Pay
All providers (including Associate level providers) offer treatment services on a private pay basis, not requiring communication with a third party payer (i.e., insurer). To reduce costs for insured clients with out-of-network benefits, you can be provided with a superbill to then submit to your insurance carrier for partial reimbursement of out-of-pocket payments.
Regardless of how services are billed, all payments are securely accepted via debit/credit card. All card transactions incur a processing fee.
Other services apart from psychotherapy services (including but not limited to: letters written by the therapist, standard start, attendance or completion forms, and evaluations) may have additional fees. Payment for these services is either handled in advance or at the time that service is rendered.
FREE 15-minute initial consultation.
Since there are only a limited number of counseling hours available during the week, charges are assessed for missed sessions unless cancellation is made more than 24-hours in advance. Since your insurance company will not subsume the cost for missed appointment charges, this fee is passed to you, the client.
If you have any questions regarding payments and fees or your ability to pay, then please do not hesitate to communicate these concerns. We would be happy to discuss this with you!
